wa lau eh, another bombshell. great, totally great. another one staff resigned, out of the blue. si beh ho! this is pure mockery at its best! after lunch, another worker came in to verbally resign. Now, whats wrong with everyone??!! When an employer is willing to give
1) a decent pay
2) allow employees to go on urgent leaves, without deducting salary
3) go home after installation works, never mind its nt officially 6pm (and i m talking abt as early as 5pm, frequently)
4) absolute trust in leaving the office keys in the hands of the employees
5) go all out to settle work permit, nvr mind the darn website is down for f-king many days
6) never delay salary days
7) additional welfare and benefits
8) absolute freedom and nvr questioning whatever loop holes we spotted
or, perhaps i should think we have condoned these people too much, such that they take advantage of whatever situation we are in? like perhaps a conspiracy? hahaha, i think too much? Yeah maybe, but never ever eliminate such possibilities, i tell ya!
for once, i feel defeated.
