Since i had time before hopping to J. Pt to do my rounds for the rdshws, i met up with Bestie, to chk out some "Spin to Win" prop for his events. what a disappointment cos it really dun look too classy....
after chking that out, we went to P.S. Cafe at Dempsey for some cakes n drinks... Thats my first time there, but it is really cosy looking... made a mental note that it will be a decent place to hang out... I like that P.S. gives an airy feeling and sunlight shines thru into the cafe (cos of all-glass concept). The alfresco setting looks good too, and i think i can imagine myself basking under the clear weather, with breezes cooling me down... sounds weird? i tink description is a little "off" hahaha....

orange "flourless" cake with vanilla ice cream (BAGUS!)
Well, as i had skipped lunch earlier, Bestie said to get a cake, since i will be workin till late after we separate. So, we shared an Orange "Flourless" Cake with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream. One bite into the soft cake, i was in "Heaven"... not becos it was exceptionally nice, but cos i was FAMISHED! wahaha... but must give the chef his deserved credit lah... it was nice, and to marry a scoop of ice cream, was instead "a match in heaven" lor... i think i shld become a food critic... kekeke...
but as we dug into the cake, we wondered how on earth did the chef create the cake if it is indeed "flourless"... Bestie insisted that he culd taste peanuts in the cake... i culd taste nothing! hahaha... all i culd taste was probably the orange rinds...
He had a honey lemon soother and me, a Wildberry... both arent that great... his soother, aint soothing at all, cos it is a tad too sour. mine, was not good too... hahaha.. too berry? anyway, i din take pic of his soother, cos i tink in terms of look, my berry drink looks more "exciting", than his glass of yellow liquid! Kekekeke
